Shannel graduated with 1st class Honours in MPharm from Liverpool John Moores University in 2011 and became a qualified pharmacist in 2012, taking on various roles before joining NetMeds Healthcare as a clinical pharmacist in 2024.

Paul is a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, including experience in running his own pharmacy, and has been a clinical pharmacist at NetMeds Healthcare for over a year as an independent prescriber. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice, focusing on mental health treatment.

Arslan is a clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber based in Newcastle upon Tyne, working remotely with NetMeds Healthcare, having graduated with a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Sunderland in 2015 and transitioned to primary care in 2022.

I graduated from King’s College London with an MPharm degree and completed my pre-registration training in community pharmacy. Since joining primary care, I have worked as a pharmacist supporting patients with long-term conditions within GP practices. My clinical interests include hypertension, lipid management, asthma, COPD, and cardiovascular disease prevention. I enjoy helping patients understand their medicines and get the most from their treatment. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, attending live music events, and visiting new places. I am committed to providing practical, patient-focused support to patients and GP practices.
