We previously were using another clinical pharmacist provider and had lots of issues with regard to communication, training, timely support etc. We therefore moved to Netmeds. Rabia has dealt with all the issues that we had with the previous provider including timely communication, quickly addressing any issues, developing suitable ways of working with our practices and being very supportive of any new ways of working. They provide thorough training to their clinical pharmacists that are kept up to date. They are quick to fill any gaps in the rota due to absences or any other issues. We have had a great experience with Netmeds and would recommend them to other PCNs.
