Shannel Chauhan

Pharmacist Prescriber

Shannel graduated with 1st class Honours in MPharm from Liverpool John Moores University in 2011 and became a qualified pharmacist in 2012, taking on various roles before joining NetMeds Healthcare as a clinical pharmacist in 2024.

Rabia Shaikh

MPharm, ACP

Rabia is an experienced clinical pharmacist and the founder of Netmeds Healthcare. She also serves as Lead Clinical Pharmacist at a GP practice in Epping, where she plays a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and supporting the practice.

Samira Osman

Training, Development Lead

Samira is a Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist specializing in managing minor illnesses and long-term conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, with experience leading clinics and conducting medication reviews. She is pursuing a Doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of Birmingham, researching minor ailment education in schools.

Ismail Mutlib

MPharm, PGDip

Ismail holds a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Manchester and a PGDip in independent prescribing focusing on acute pain management. He manages pain, mental health, and neurological disorders while providing medication reviews and clinical governance services for GP practices in Nottinghamshire.

Paul Sumners

ACP Trainee

Paul is a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, including experience in running his own pharmacy, and has been a clinical pharmacist at NetMeds Healthcare for over a year as an independent prescriber. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice, focusing on mental health treatment.

Susan Armstrong

Clinical Pharmacist

I qualified as a pharmacist 19 years ago, and have extensive community pharmacy experience. I’m now enjoying the opportunity to support GP practices with their patients. When not at work, I enjoy being outside in the fresh air and being active.

Paul Summerfield

Pharmacy Law Expert

Paul started his pharmacy career in 1997 and has built up a portfolio career which encompasses his passion for pharmacy and for regulatory law. At the moment Paul is a Pharmacy Law Expert having completed his independent prescribing certificate in 2023 and he specialises in minor ailments.

Arslan Javaid

Clinical Pharmacist /
Quality Assurance Lead

Arslan is a clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber based in Newcastle upon Tyne, working remotely with NetMeds Healthcare, having graduated with a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Sunderland in 2015 and transitioned to primary care in 2022.
